    Has motherhood ever made you feel lonely?

    Mothers can be lonely, even when surrounded by family.

    One of our authors shared her own experience of feeling isolated during maternity leave, despite having a newborn to care for. She discusses how the shift in identity and the overwhelming responsibilities can lead to feelings of being unseen and disconnected, and I think a lot of moms can relate.
